About the Role

As our Diploma Educator, you will:

- Design and implement engaging,



play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF & NQS
- Work as a valued and respected team member
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive and cooperative learning environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care

What You'll Bring

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Sound understanding of NQF, NQS, and EYLF
- Experience in leading a room or mentoring educators
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
- Full Australian working rights - this service
