About the Role

Step into a rewarding leadership role where you'll support a high performing team and help deliver outstanding patient care. Work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to strengthen clinical practice, guide staff and help keep the service running smoothly.

- Lead and support the nursing team
- Build consistent, high quality patient care
- Guide staff growth and clinical practice
- Coordinate rosters, workload and resources
- Help drive quality and service improvement

About You

You're a confident nursing leader who enjoys supporting others, strengthening clinical practice and delivering safe, high quality patient care.

- Registered or eligible with NMBA and current practising certificate
- Experience in leadership and clinical nursing practice
- Guide and support nurses and students with confidence
- Communicate well and build strong team relationships
- Understand quality improvement and clinical standards
