Support people with disabilities to Live Independently – In the SIL

About the role:
We have a new Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation at Terrey Hills and are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who can walk the talk with person centered care and provide exceptional care to our participants.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for the participants' daily activities. From providing personal care, community involvement, completing reports, and following personal support plans.
Location: Terrey Hills
Classification: Casual
Days and times: Looking for casuals who can work across a variety of morning and afternoon and night shifts
Rate: SCHADS Award Level 2 with pay point dependent on qualifications and experience.

Duties:
- Domestic Assistance – Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Personal Care – Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Achieve Goals Together – Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals.
- Community Connection – Assist with social outings and community participation.
- Stay Informed – Understand each client’s needs and adapt to changes.
- Positive Engagement – Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team.
Requirements:
- NSW Drivers Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
- A current Working With Children’s check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NDIS Workers Check and completion of NDIS worker orientation module.
