About the Role - Diploma Educator

As a Diploma Educator at Bright Steps Academy Blair Athol, you will:

- Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support each child's development
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues




- Contribute to daily routines, supervision, and a safe and inclusive centre environment
- Support planning, documentation, and reflective practice to meet quality standards
- Follow all centre policies and procedures in line with the NQF and Child Secure Standards

What You'll Bring

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- A genuine passion for early learning and supporting children to thrive
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and early childhood best practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive, and professional approach
- Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
- Full Australian working rights
