The Role
We are seeking a capable and empathetic Support Worker/Household Manager to assist a child living with ASD and developmental delays in Loganholme. This is an ongoing role providing approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily household management tasks such as cleaning, organising, and meal preparation
- Supporting the participant with personal care needs
- Supervising and supporting learning and development, including homework and daily routines
- Providing protected, compassionate, and structured support tailored to children with ASD and developmental delays
- Encouraging skill-building, independence,



and engagement in daily activities
- Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to ensure consistent support

About You
You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:

- Experience supporting children with complex care needs, including ASD and developmental delays
- Ability to safely supervise and contribute to learning and development
- Skills in personal care support and daily routine management
- Excellent communication and reliability
- A friendly and non-judgmental approach

NDIS Compliance
You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- ABN (for contractors)
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
