Lead a media ministry reaching the unreached and difficult to reach communities across the world.

Reach Beyond exists to see Jesus known and loved by unreached people. Through shortwave radio and emerging multi-platform media, we reach remote communities other broadcasters simply cannot. This is a pivotal moment — and we are looking for a leader ready to build on strong foundations and guide us into our next chapter.

The Chance

As CEO, you will cast vision, develop people, and translate strategy into impact. You will lead a dedicated team across two sites, steward a critical leadership transition, grow a diverse and sustainable donor base,



and guide the organisation's evolution toward multi-platform media ministry - all while keeping mission and culture at the centre.
