We are a busy dairy manufacturing facility in Shepparton looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in a hands-on support role. You’ll be responsible for laundry operations, cleaning, stock management, and assisting production staff on the floor. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to learn and grow within the dairy manufacturing industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Laundry & Uniforms

- Operating industrial washing and drying machines
- Washing, drying, folding, and organising staff uniforms
- Arranging clean uniforms by size, ready for the next production shift

PPE & Supplies

- Keeping PPE (gloves, hairnets, ear protection, aprons, boots, etc.) stocked and accessible at all times
- Maintaining supplies of cleaning materials and consumables
- Monitoring stock levels and flagging reorder needs to management

Cleaning & Hygiene

- General cleaning of the full premises including production areas, loading zones, amenities, and common areas
- Maintaining hygiene standards in line with dairy manufacturing and food safety requirements

Production Support

- Assisting production staff on the floor as needed
- Following all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures

Record Keeping

- Completing cleaning logs, stock records, and checklists as required

Shifts & Hours

- Full-time position




- Afternoon/evening shifts starting between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm, finishing between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm
- Award rates paid including all applicable shift penalties

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable with physical work including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Good attention to detail, especially around cleanliness and hygiene
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to upgrade skills over time

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or commercial laundry
- Understanding of food safety or GMP principles
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
