About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Full-Time Team Member (Parramatta store, Level 1) to join our team and support the daily operations of our stores, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Shifts & Availability

- Full-Time role, 38 ordinary hours per week (5 days per week)
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends
- The roster will be given between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM




- Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

- Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020
- Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
