Description

As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced, inspected and prepared to the highest quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Performing quality inspections and testing throughout the production process
- Identifying and reporting product defects or production issues
- Recording inspection and testing results accurately
- Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe work environment
- Meeting daily production targets and quality expectations
- Following established work instructions, specifications and procedures
- Adhering to workplace health and safety policies at all times
- Assisting with packing, handling and distribution of finished products
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adapting to new technologies and processes

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, factory or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with machinery and equipment
- The ability to identify and resolve in-process issues
- A proactive approach to workplace safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work across a variety of tasks and production areas
- Basic reading, writing and numeracy skills
