Role Overview

As a Support Worker, you will provide crucial assistance to individuals, helping with daily activities, meal preparation, medication management, and transportation to appointments and outings. You’ll offer emotional support and empower clients to achieve their goals. Shifts are available throughout Northern Sydney, giving you flexibility and variety in your workday.

What We Are Looking For

- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Aged Care experience (preferred)

Requirements





- Valid NSW driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Cleared National Criminal History Check
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Smartphone for rostering app
