The role
Deliver evidence-based care for patients with substance use needs. Work in a multidisciplinary team focused on harm minimisation, recovery, and continuity of care.

You’ll be doing

- AOD assessments + care planning




- Withdrawal management + OST
- Education + relapse prevention
- Collaborating across mental health & primary care
- Maintaining high clinical standards

You’ll bring

- RN (AHPRA) registration - Unrestricted
- AOD qualification (completed or in progress)
- Experience in AOD, Mental Health or Primary Care
- Strong clinical judgement + communication skills
- A genuine interest in complex, vulnerable populations
