Role Purpose

As our Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate quality leads, and improve audience engagement across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the full marketing ecosystem from paid advertising and campaign strategy to AI tools, landing pages, automation, analytics, and content creation.

You’ll work closely with management, IT, and operations teams to turn ideas into high-performing campaigns and measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand growth
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns
- Plan and monitor advertising budgets and campaign ROI
- Create and optimise landing pages and lead conversion funnels
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and automation systems
- Manage website content, SEO, and digital branding initiatives
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and email campaigns
- Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar




- Manage and grow social media platforms and audience engagement
- Implement CRM and email marketing automations
- Analyse campaign performance and provide marketing insights and reports
- Conduct competitor research and identify recent marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimise campaign performance
- Experience with landing pages, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and content creation platforms
- Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing and reporting tools
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience in remote or international work environments is an advantage
