Shotfirer – FIFO Opportunities with SRG Global Mining Services

SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Shotfirer members to join our long-term Goldfields project. You’ll be working with a professional team that values clear communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

This is a full-time position, operating on a 2&2 roster across day shift and night shift.

What you’ll Be Doing:
Designing and planning blasts.
Handling explosives and ensuring safety
Clearing and securing blast areas.
Reporting incidents and completing documentation.
Magazine Keeper responsibility – Completing stocktakes & inspections
Using Nonel accessories
Using 1” hose to load Emulsion products in 102mm to 140mm blast holes




Training and leading the blast crew to reach safety and production targets

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a hard rock shotfirer role.
Shotfirer License (WA)
Dangerous Goods Security Card (WA)
Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment.
A valid Driver’s License (manual).

Bonus Points for:
HR Class Driver’s License.
Dangerous Goods Driver’s License (WA).
