The Watering Hole Tavern is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on creating connection, community and genuine hospitality, delivering memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Whether it's serving in our bistro, working behind the bar, greeting guests or helping during busy events, you'll be an important part of our team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serving meals and drinks efficiently.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Operating POS systems and handling payments.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented venue.
- Working collaboratively with both the kitchen and front of house teams.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

What We're Looking For

- Previous hospitality experience is preferred,



but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA Certificate (essential).
