Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Site Fitter to join us.

The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Fitter to support site-based projects. This is a hands-on role suited to tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship, work safely, and enjoy variety in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Installing, assembling, and fitting mechanical and structural components on site.
- Assisting with plant installation, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and job specifications.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Working in coordination with riggers, crane crews, and other trades.
- Identifying and reporting defects, issues, or improvement opportunities.
- Following all WHS policies and maintaining safe work practices at all times.

About You

- Trade qualification as a Fitter and Machinist, Mechanical Fitter, or equivalent.




- Experience working on industrial or construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team in workshop and site environments.
- Physically fit and safety-focused.
- Forklift licence, HR truck licence, EWP, or additional high-risk tickets highly regarded.
- Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to support a variety of projects.
