This is a full time, on-site role. As a solicitor, you will:

· Manage a caseload of files, including Criminal, Commercial, Corporation, Litigation, Equity, Family, and Will & Estate matters together with all other areas of the law the Practice engages in.

· Represent clients in Court, draft legal documents, and provide tailored legal advice.

· Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients.

· Work both autonomously and as part of a supportive legal team.

· Oversee and handle a caseload of complex matters.

· Provide strategic legal advice to clients.

· Lead and manage their files, ensuring high standards of legal service and professional conduct.

· Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes.

· Represent clients in Court,



mediation, Tribunal and other legal proceedings as necessary.

· Contribute to business development initiatives and the firm’s growth strategy.

· Engage with Barristers and clients to run complex litigation matters.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney NSW 2060: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

- PQE: 2 years (Preferred)
- Handling complex legal cases.: 2 years (Preferred)
