At Craft & Cru, we’re looking for passionate and knowledgeable people to join our team. We’re a serious liquor store that doesn’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re all about independence, great service, and discovering the best drinks, all while keeping things fun and relaxed.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our managers and team to create a positive, productive workplace. You’ll get qualified training in the liquor industry and plenty of chances to taste our range, helping you build your knowledge and boost your sales skills. Plus, you’ll help guide your team to deliver those personal, memorable customer experiences.

Your day-to-day will include offering great customer service, keeping the store clean and organised,



and making sure stock is properly rotated. You'll follow store policies, help train the team, and handle any customer questions or issues that come up. Keeping equipment in good shape and following RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines is also important.

We’re after someone with a positive attitude, solid time management, and the ability to stay cool under pressure. You’ll be a team player who’s eager to learn more and communicates well with others.
