Shift supervisor. The position of shift supervisor in a training role is available at Red Rooster Hervey Bay. the successful applicant must be aged over 18, will ideally have past fast food experience.

The applicant ' will be located in the Hervey Bay region, ideally not more than 60 minutes commute to the business.

Full training will be provided Via our on line portal and In house on the job. the successful applicant will display the following attributes:

- Neat and tidy appearance
- Will be able to demonstrate a strong level of commitment to the role
- Will show ability to manage a team of young and enthusiastic team members
- will be able to work closely with the store management team.

This is a long term role with advancement and promotion for the right person,



initially employed in a casual role the right applicant will be offered permanent employment after 6 months probation.

The initial training in the role will involve "all" aspects of the operation of the business from ensuring the back and front of house are running smoothly and efficiently, training in the individual aspects of the management systems will be provided on the job, and includes but is not limited to stock control, stock take, roster management, prepping and cooking the whole menu, and training new employees.
