About the role
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and personalised experience from their very first interaction with our practice.
This is more than a traditional reception role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up opportunities, helping patients understand their options and ensuring no patient falls through the cracks.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm first impression
- Managing enquiries with confidence and care
- Helping patients understand services and treatment recommendations
- Following up new patient enquiries and outstanding treatment
- Reactivating patients who are overdue for care
- Coordinating appointments and maintaining an organised schedule
- Processing payments and assisting with payment plans and options
- Working closely with our clinical team to support the patient journey

A missed call isn't simply a missed call — it's someone who reached out to us, and you'll feel motivated to make sure they receive the response and support they deserve.
No two days are exactly the same. You'll be involved in all aspects of the patient journey — from communication and treatment coordination to supporting the clinical team when required.
Experience
Experience in dentistry is welcomed but not essential.
We welcome applicants from customer-focused backgrounds such as healthcare, luxury retail, hospitality and relationship-based roles where communication, trust and creating exceptional experiences are valued.
You'll receive training in our communication frameworks, patient journey and practice systems, with ongoing coaching to support your growth in the role.
