The Opportunity

We require a casual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our ecommmerce based team in Tottenham.

The successful candidate will be required to

- Handle incoming sales and order enquiries
- Processing of customer orders
- Manage "LiveChat"
- Organizing customer deliveries
- Arrange customer returns and general administration.
- Respond to daily email communication
- Answering incoming call
- Liaise with suppliers

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills




- Have some retail / administration experience
- Demonstrated impeccable customer service
- Strong organisational skills

- Enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Well organised, high attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Effective communicator and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to adapt hours to seasonal times and business needs
