What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting people with disability (essential)
- A caring, skilled, and positive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and genuine commitment to participant wellbeing
- Qualifications in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred, not essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
