We are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, specifically workers confident in providing overnight support.

About the Role

We are looking for support workers who can provide:

- Peer support
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Behaviour support and emotional regulation
- Domestic assistance, safety monitoring, and documentation
- Medication prompts (as per training and policy)
- Support that promotes independence, routine, and wellbeing

Shifts may include evenings, active nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.

To be successful in this role, you must:

✓ Be reliable, punctual, and professional
✓ Be adaptable and able to work independently





✓ Communicate confidently with participants, families, and coordinators
✓ Maintain accurate documentation and follow support plans

Mandatory Requirements

(All must be current or willing to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if required)
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
- Manual Handling & Medication Training (or willingness to complete)
- Proof of working rights in Australia

Pay: $35.00 – $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
