About the Role
As a Consignment Sales Consultant, you will manage the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing vehicles to closing buyers. This is a results-driven role with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.
Weekend and Sunday work required.
Key Responsibilities
- Source vehicles from private sellers for consignment
- Sign seller declarations and consignment agreements
- Manage seller relationships and provide regular updates
- Handle buyer enquiries and close sales
- Negotiate pricing and maximise gross profit
- Coordinate test drives, inspections, and handovers
- Follow up leads and generate repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales (dealership or independent)
- Strong closing ability and negotiation skills
- Experience with consignment or agency sales (preferred)
- Confident phone manner and strong follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commission-focused
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deals
- Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
- Full Australian driver’s licence (required)
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
Earning Potential
- Top commission on per vehicle
- Monthly volume and sourcing bonuses available
- Top performers earn $110k–$130k+ annually
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
