Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organised bar, and supporting the restaurant floor by delivering drinks to guests promptly. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Run drinks to restaurant tables quickly and accurately to support efficient service.
- Take beverage orders and communicate effectively with the floor team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
- Monitor inventory and advise management of stock requirements.
- Verify customer identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing laws.
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking.




- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.

Skills & Experience

- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
