THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you an Oral Health Therapist with adult scope looking to join a leading private practice in Fortitude Valley?

This is a highly-reputable practice known for its exceptional patient care and comprehensive approach to oral health.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone passionate about hygiene, restorative dentistry, periodontal care, prevention, education and holistic patient wellbeing.

You’ll be stepping into a practice where OHTs are not just valued – they’re integral to the patient journey.

You’ll partner closely with Dentists and the wider team to play a key clinical role in improving long-term patient outcomes through hygiene, perio management, restorative dentistry, prevention, and education.

This would suit someone who is passionate about educating patients, building relationships, and taking a preventative, wellness-focused approach to care. You’ll also be supported in upskilling as well, offering long-term development and variety.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team led by a Principal Dentist who prioritises growth, innovation and mentorship.

- Flexible start – 1 or 2 days per week with opportunity to increase days




- $55–75/hr + super, depending on your experience
- You’ll have a dedicated Dental Assistant
- Expand your skills into different parts of dentistry – this practice also performs cosmetic dentistry, explicit aligners, fixed orthodontics, and myofunctional therapy
- Supportive and collaborative clinical team
- Loyal patient base and high hygiene uptake

ABOUT YOU

- You are an AHPRA-registered OHT or Hygienist (unrestricted) with current indemnity insurance
- You have at least 2+ years of experience as an OHT with adult scope
- You’re passionate about looking after patients’ long-term oral and overall health
- You value building relationships and educating patients about their dental health
- You’re a great communicator and a warm, calming presence chairside
- You enjoy being part of a collaborative, progressive, and growth-focused team
- You’re open to learning and growing, with opportunities in cosmetic dentistry, ortho, whitening, and beyond
