Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and responsible Local HR Driver to become a key part of our Rockhampton PUD team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you! We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight, all while adhering to our established rules and regulations.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Position: Full-time, Permanent & Casual Positions available

- Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am Start (guaranteed hours) - Overtime on Offer

- Start Date: Immediate start available

- Location: Local deliveries within the Rockhampton region

- Responsibilities:

- Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight

- Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full

- Work in a Steady Paced Environment while consistently maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy

- Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

What You Need:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a structured environment





- Minimum 2 years of HR driving experience in a similar role in a structured environment

- Must hold a current HR Licence (Manual)

- Forklift Licence is desirable but not mandatory

- A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
