Our team is growing and Renko is looking for a motivated Operations Team Member to join our Darwin warehouse. This is a hands-on role across our dispatch and collections operation — you'll be out on the road collecting supplies from local suppliers, back in the warehouse packing and preparing outgoing orders, and keeping things moving day to day under the direction of our Operations Lead.Key tasks include:
- Collecting pre-ordered supplies and materials from local trade and retail outlets (Bunnings, Total Tools, Coles, and similar)
- Verifying collections against purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies
- Packing and preparing outgoing customer orders and projects to a high standard
- Receiving and putting away incoming deliveries
- Keeping the dispatch and packing area clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting the Operations Lead with general warehouse tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail when packing and checking orders
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to take direction and work well in a team
- Valid driver's licence (mandatory — this role involves regular local driving)
- Forklift licence (mandatory)
- Prior warehouse or dispatch experience is a bonus but not required
