Are you a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a meaningful difference every day?

Kanda is currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Croydon. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a client requiring high physical support, including assistance with manual handling and hoist transfers.

We are looking for reliable team members who are available for short morning and evening shifts, with the opportunity to work alongside an established support team.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support with:

- High physical support needs, including manual handling and hoist assistance
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting the participant’s independence and wellbeing
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Following safe manual handling practices and support plans
- Working collaboratively with other support staff and the participant’s support network

Available Shifts:
Monday to Friday:

- 9:00am – 11:00am
- 7:30pm – 9:30pm

About You
You will have:

- Previous experience in disability support, particularly with manual handling




- Experience supporting clients with high physical support needs
- A calm and patient approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A commitment to providing respectful, person-centred care
- A valid P2 or Open Driver Licence
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
