The Role

As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting through to settlement while delivering a premium client experience. You will play a key role in driving business growth, securing current listings, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert current business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local stakeholders.
- Conduct property appraisals and present tailored sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage property campaigns from listing through to settlement.
- Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of local market trends and property values.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.




- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Proven experience in residential real estate sales.
- A strong track record of securing listings and achieving sales results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or higher).
- Current driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle.
