You’ll work closely with clients to improve injury management outcomes, support retention activity and contribute to the continued growth of a well-regarded specialist advisory business.
Who will you be working with?
You’ll be joining a specialist workplace risk and injury management setting that partners closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially sound and people-focused outcomes. The team is known for its technical capability, strong client relationships and genuine focus on helping businesses manage workplace injury and insurance programs more effectively.
What will you be doing?
- Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention, service quality and profitable growth
- Provide advice to clients on workplace injury, claims management and insurance program needs
- Review claims matters, identify opportunities for resolution and implement cost-effective strategies
- Maintain regular client contact, deliver performance reporting and keep stakeholders informed on market trends
- Build strong working relationships with clients, insurers and broader industry partners
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with relevant legislation and consistent use of internal systems and templates
What do you need?
- At least 2 years’ experience within workers compensation, injury management or claims management
- Strong understanding of claims processes, injury management strategies and workplace risk principles
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline, or relevant industry experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and present recommendations clearly
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and confidence managing competing priorities
- Allied Health qualification and Injury Rehab experience
- A client-first mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver practical outcomes
