About the role:
You’ll oversee daily operations, lead a friendly team, maintain high service standards, and ensure every customer leaves happier than they arrived.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Staff leadership and training
- Customer experience and service flow
- Ordering, stock control, and supplier management
- Rostering and labour management
- Maintaining a clean, organised, efficient café
