About the Role
You will be responsible for:

- Providing onsite support across enterprise AV systems, meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
- Supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologies.
- Troubleshooting AV faults, break/fix issues and technical incidents.
- Performing preventative maintenance and proactive system checks.
- Managing service requests and ensuring timely resolution.
- Supporting executive meetings, events and business-critical technology requirements.
- Delivering user support and training to ensure a seamless technology experience.
- Working closely with client stakeholders, IT teams and the wider AV integration team.

About You




We are looking for an experienced AV professional with:

- Experience supporting commercial or enterprise AV environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing or collaboration technologies.
- Exposure to technologies such as Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Extron, Logitech or similar.
- Solid troubleshooting and fault-finding capability.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and stakeholders.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to service delivery.
