Fit Futures is a leading sports education provider, reaching over 100 primary schools across Sydney and delivering high-quality PDHPE programs (Athletics, FMS, Dance, Gymnastics, and Ball Skills). Role Summary

We're on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coaches to help deliver PDHPE lessons to primary school students in the Brighton Le Sands area, starting Term 3, 2026.

You'll join a supportive team of coaches and teachers who are dedicated to making every session enjoyable, engaging, and rewarding for kids. Our team is committed to helping students build confidence, develop new skills, and maintain a positive attitude.

Our programs run on a consistent weekly schedule throughout the term, so you'll be coaching the same classes and getting to know the same students and teachers each week. It's a genuine glimpse into a teacher's world — and a excellent way to explore whether a future in teaching or coaching is the right path for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day teaching, learning, and instruction
- Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate gymnastics lessons within the PDHPE curriculum
- Instruct students across our physical education programs




- Promote the Fit Futures brand within schools and the local community
- Build positive relationships with students, teaching staff, and colleagues, in line with the Fit Futures philosophy

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of coaching experience
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Available during school hours, 8:30am–3:30pm
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred but not required:

- 1+ year teaching experience in Gymnastics, Athletics, FMS, or Ball Skills
- Level 1 or higher coaching accreditation, particularly in Gymnastics or Athletics
- Driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
