- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., peeling, chopping, portioning)
- Unloading and storing deliveries properly
- Taking out rubbish and maintaining waste disposal areas
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Skills & Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required (hospitality training is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
