Job description:
We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our team. You will prepare high quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm, attentive service in a calm, welcoming environment by the water. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare espresso based drinks to standard
- Operate coffee machines and grinders safely
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
- Take customer orders and manage POS transactions accurately
- Dial in grinders and adjust for consistency throughout service
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene requirements




- Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months barista experience (required)
- Confident operating an espresso machine and grinder
- Basic POS and cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
