REQUIREMENT:
- AHPRA Registration.
- Police Check
- Current ALS Certificate .
- Official Statement of Service.
- Completed SNSWLHD (PEHD) documentation.
- Clinical competency evidence.
- Two compliant clinical referee reports.
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check Clearance.
- Photo Identification.
