The role may involve:

- Personal care, including showering, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance.
- Manual handling and the use of mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and hoists.
- Transportation and supporting community access and social engagement.
- Light domestic duties, including meal preparation and household tasks.

About you:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who have:

- Skilled or lived experience supporting people with disability
- Experience providing high-level care and support




- Experience using mobility equipment such as hoists (desirable)
- Flexibility and availability to work a range of shifts
- A genuine commitment to supporting participant choice, independence, and wellbeing

Essential criteria:

- An understanding of the disability/community services sector and person-centred support
- Transferable life/work skills along with a caring and compassionate approach
- A valid QLD driver’s license with a reliable vehicle,
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
- The legal right to work in Australia
- Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in the wellbeing & inclusion of people with disabilities
