HOME is looking for a Pastry Cook/Chef to join our bakery team
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet items
- Making fillings, creams, icings, and finishing products ready for service
- Mixing and working with doughs and pastry from start to finish
- Decorating cakes and pastries
- Using bakery equipment for rolling, shaping, and cutting doughs
- Keeping your workspace and equipment clean and organised, following food safety standards
We are a very busy bakery and this role is suited to someone looking to work in a fast-paced and growing team
Looking for applicants with an AQF Certificate III with two years’ on-the-job training, or an equivalent qualification
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
