We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Distribution Clerk to join our client’s busy operations team based in Wulkuraka.

- $41.53 per hour
- 2pm to 10pm
- Monday to Friday

About the Role:

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of distribution activities, with a strong focus on compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing and updating data using Excel
- Handling email correspondence and phone enquiries
- Booking and coordinating
- Preparing and processing freight manifests and documentation
- Supporting distribution operations
- Liaising with internal teams, drivers, customers and stakeholders

About You

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening




- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent computer skills including experience in Microsoft office, Word and Excel
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with drivers, customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Patient
- Positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Requirements

- Current drivers license
- Previous experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse workplace
- Ability to work across both office and operational environments
