As a Behaviour Management, you will be a trusted mentor who supports students to overcome challenges, build resilience, and re-engage with learning while collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to create an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in flexible learning environments.
Build positive, respectful relationships with students to promote engagement and positive behaviour.
Provide targeted support for students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop personalised learning plans and adapt classroom strategies.
Maintain accurate, confidential records of student interventions and progress
What You'll Bring
Experience teaching in alternative, flexible, and inclusive education settings, with the ability to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and positive relationships
Knowledge of behaviour support strategies and restorative practices while demonstrating a genuine commitment to empowering students who have disengaged from traditional schooling.
