Freshly baked artisan sourdough breads, light buttery croissants, delicious donuts, tantalising tarts, healthy protein balls, creamy baked cheesecakes, magnificent muffins, heavenly banana bread, whoopi cookies, slices... anything bakery related!

We supply fresh and frozen quality, wholesale products to the food service industry.

We are also constantly innovative, testing new ideas, and creating recent, specialised products for contract manufacturing.

The 125 employees at Fergys team are a very diverse team, with a range of ages, cultural backgrounds and talents.

Position

A variety of general work, cake and pastry finishing and decorating, piping, frying and filling donuts, prep work and packing

The ideal candidate will;





- have some experience in the food industry
- be able to finish products to specifications
- show high attention to detail
- have allergen awareness
- be willing to learn
- be able to work effectively in a team.
- have a passion for food
- be reliable
- have leadership potential
- have basic GMP/food handling & hygiene knowledge/awareness
- be able to lift 25kg kilograms

Hours of work

11am - 7pm weekdays. 5 Days per week

2 positions available. One full-time , one 3-4 days per week.

Casual rates. Permanent positions available.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.18 per hour
