About the Role

We’re looking for a People Coordinator to join our Maidstone team, working closely with leaders to support people decisions, strengthen compliance, and build consistent, scalable HR practices. You will partner with leaders on employee relations and performance, while also leading and supporting a team of Caregivers to maintain a positive and high-performing work workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Support a team of Caregivers alongside the Caregiver Coach, including performance management and development
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, and people matters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies




- Identify gaps and implement practical HR solutions and frameworks
- Improve HR systems (including Zoho) and streamline processes
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and support continuous improvement

About you

- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation
- Solutions-focused, organised, and adaptable
- Relevant HR qualification preferred, or equivalent practical experience
