Sales Support & Customer Service Role

Position Overview
Fresh n Frozen is looking for an office-based team member to support our sales reps, assist customers, and help drive sales growth through warm and cold lead follow-up. This role relies heavily on strong communication skills and the ability to convert opportunities into ongoing business

This role focuses on customer service, phone sales, follow-ups, and supporting the day-to-day needs of our customers and sales team.

Main Duties

- Call and follow up warm and cold leads
- Support external sales reps with customer communication
- Assist customers with orders, stock enquiries, pricing, and general support
- Follow up specials, samples, and promotions
- Build relationships with customers and help grow sales
- Keep customer notes and follow-up tasks updated
- Work with warehouse and office teams to solve customer issues
- Re-contact inactive customers and encourage re-orders
- Help identify opportunities to increase customer spend

Skills Required

- Good phone and communication skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Organised and able to manage follow-ups
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team workplace
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Foodservice or hospitality knowledge is an advantage but not essential
