General Hand – Sheeting & Printing

North Richmond, NSW | Night Shift | Casual Ongoing Position

We're currently seeking a General Hand to join our Sheeting & Printing team in North Richmond. This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Please note: This role involves repetitive manual handling, repetitive movements, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and working at a fast pace throughout the shift.

About the Role

Working alongside the Sheeting & Print Operator, you'll play an important part in keeping production running efficiently by:

- Assisting with machine setup and production changeovers
- Feeding sheeted board into machinery
- Monitoring product quality throughout production
- Turning and stacking printed board to specification
- Replenishing inks, coatings and other production materials
- Supporting routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work area
- Assisting across other production areas as required

This is a physically demanding position that requires you to remain on your feet for the majority of your shift while performing repetitive production tasks.

Physical Requirements

To be successful in this role,



you must be comfortable with:

- Repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting, carrying and moving production materials
- Repetitive bending, twisting, reaching and stretching
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment
- Following safe manual handling practices at all times

✅ What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, printing or FMCG environments
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work to production targets and deadlines
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Safety-focused with good awareness of workplace procedures
- Able to work permanent night shift
