What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound & outbound calls with care and professionalism

Supporting customers facing financial hardship

Negotiating fair, compliant payment solutions

Resolving account issues and overcoming objections

What You’ll Need:

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Confident with Microsoft Office & quick to learn systems

Empathy, resilience & emotional intelligence

Great time management and attention to detail

Customer service experience is great, but not essential!
