Cafe Manager – Exciting Role at Coffee Boothers Drive Thru, Upper Coomera

Coffee Boothers is looking for a hands on, energetic, people focused Cafe Manager to lead our busy Upper Coomera drive thru cafe.

What your new role will be like

As Cafe Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Upper Coomera store, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance and an outstanding customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team on the floor while managing operational performance behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop a team of baristas and cafe staff
- Be actively involved in daily service and lead by example
- Manage day-to-day store operations and service standards
- Prepare rosters and manage labour costs
- Support staff training and ongoing development
- Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety and compliance standards
- Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous cafe, hospitality or restaurant management experience
- Have strong barista skills,



including dialling in coffee and adjusting grinds
- Be passionate about coffee, food and customer service
- Be a confident leader who can inspire and support a team
- Lead from the front and enjoy working in a hands-on environment
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Be organised, reliable and accountable
- Understand labour management, stock control and business performance
- Thrive under pressure and remain calm during busy service periods
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays as required
