Choices Flooring Mackay is a locally owned Mackay business looking for a new flooring Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be working from our freshly renovated North Mackay Showroom. Things are fast paced at the moment and there are exceptional opportunities for motivated consultants.

About the Job / Key Duties

- Provide friendly and skilled customer service from our Showroom.

- Attend in-home measures to confirm areas and floor preparation requirements.

- Quote and project manage customer orders with the support of warehouse and administration team.

- General in-store merchandising, pricing and tidiness duties.

Important Qualities We are Looking For

Applicants should possess the following skills:

- Experience and product knowledge in carpet, luxury vinyl, vinyl and tile (not essential) flooring products.





- Excellent customer service.

- Experience in measuring, quantifying and quoting residential flooring projects.

- Customer centric sales focus with a desire to exceed sales targets.

- Strong organization and time management skills.

- Outgoing and forward personality suited to working within a fun team and engaging with customers on a daily basis.

Remuneration

- If successful, applicants will receive an attractive salary + uncapped sales based commission incentives.

- Base salary $60,000.00, subject to industry experience.

- Commission structure to be discussed on application.
