We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Pool Fence Installer to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working outdoors on high-quality projects, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a Pool Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation of various premium fencing systems. Our projects are diverse and require a high level of craftsmanship.

You will be working with:

- Frameless Glass: Precision spigot and hardware installation.
- Custom Welded Fencing: Bespoke aluminum and steel solutions.
- High-End Free Standing Rod Fences: Specialized architectural installations.

What We Are Looking For

We value attitude and reliability as much as technical skill. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- Experience: Previous experience in labor, construction, or carpentry is highly preferred.
- Technical Skill: Ability to use power tools, levels, and measuring equipment with high accuracy.




- The ability to learn from mistakes and focus on providing the best quality for our clients are the most important characteristics we look for in our employees.
- Physical Fitness: This is a manual role that requires lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Professionalism: You will be representing DTM GROUP AUSTRALIA on high-end job sites; a polite and professional demeanor is essential.
- Car and License is preferred

Requirements

- Current Driver’s License.
- Reliable personal vehicle (Ute or van preferred, but not essential).
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Right to work in Australia.
