Role Summary:
Perform application of decals, vinyl signage, reflective markings, and basic vehicle graphics. Assist with upholstery and trim tasks including cutting and sewing straps, webbing, bags, and simple soft-trim items used in emergency vehicles. Work under the guidance of experienced technicians to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply vinyl decals, reflective film, lettering and vehicle graphics accurately and neatly.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces (cleaning, masking, minor surface prep) prior to application.
- Measure, cut, sew and assemble straps, bags, and soft-trim components to specification.
- Perform basic upholstery tasks: trimming, attaching fasteners, and quality checks.
- Inspect finished work for alignment, adhesion, and appearance; rework as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and organize tools and materials.
- Follow health & safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Record job details and assist with inventory of materials.




- Learn and follow company procedures; attend training as required.

Skills & Attributes:

- No formal trade qualification required; willingness to learn and follow instruction.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Attention to detail and pride in neat, consistent work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic measuring and reading of simple specifications.
- Comfortable working in a workshop environment; able to stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work with adhesives, solvents, and sewing machinery after training.

Physical Requirements:

- Standing, bending and reaching throughout the shift.
- Valuable vision for close work; colour vision helpful.

Training & Development:

- On-the-job training provided for vinyl application, trimming, sewing and quality standards.
- Opportunity for cross-training in other production areas and advancement as skills develop.

Hours & Compensation:

- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Competitive hourly wage (entry-level); pay increases based on skill and experience.

Pay: $27.00 – $42.00 per hour
