We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Sydney team in South Western Suburbs and surrounding areas. Flexible work workplace F/T or P/T (minimum of 3 days).

What you’ll do

- Assess client needs and goals.
- Create therapy plans based on evidence and best practice.
- Deliver supports in homes, schools, and community settings.
- Write clear reports aligned with NDIS guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and your multidisciplinary team.
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility and autonomy.

What you’ll bring

- Full AHPRA registration (limited registration may be considered)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)




- NDIS experience is a bonus—but not essential
- A warm, client-focused approach and a love for community work
